In the broader domain of POCUS in Emergency Medicine, I have special interest in Resuscitative TEE. After following a course of Felipe Teran, I became a real believer of the added value of TEE for obtaining resuscitation with maximum cardiac output. At this point, I’m setting up research at UZ Leuven to dive deeper into this topic.
